Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Baradar Akhund reaffirmed that, as directed by His Highness, The Amir al-Mu'minin (may ALLAH protect him), and in accordance with the newly legislated law, environmental protection measures and the urban master plan will result in the provision of 2,000 jeribs of land in each of Kabul's cardinal directions. There will also be a provision of 20,000 jeribs in each of the provinces of Nangarhar, Kandahar, and Balkh; 10,000 jeribs in Kunduz; and, where feasible, 1,000 jeribs in each of the other provinces to utilize for the creation of industrial parks.

Moreover, 10 to 50 jeribs in each province will be assigned for small enterprises and industries. The Deputy Prime Minister elaborated, "Among these efforts, today we witness the handing over of land ownership certificates for industrial purposes to 91 industrialists in the industrial zones." He added that this step is the start of a new era and will significantly improve the country's abilities in the industry sector.

He assured industrialists that the Islamic Emirate has launched massive electricity infrastructure schemes for fulfilling industrial energy needs, and these projects are underway significantly. He stressed that the Islamic Emirate has taken a series of facilities and incentives aimed at empowering the private sector, stimulating economic growth, and building national industry. The primary goal is to give investors a stable, secure, and trustworthy environment.
