New Deputy for Public and Strategic Communications Appointed

Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, attended and spoke this morning at a ceremony introducing the new Deputy for Public and Strategic Communications of the General Directorate of the Office of the Prime Minister.

The ceremony, attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlawi Noor-ul-Haq Anwar, Head of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and other officials from various departments, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an.

This was followed by the reading of decrees from His Highness Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him) appointing the new Deputy and the Head of the Collection and Organization of Jihadi Works, with prayers for their success in service.

In his remarks, Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi emphasized that administrative changes are a standard principle carried out under the leadership’s guidance to improve services. He prayed for the success of Qari Abdul Sattar Saeed and Mawlawi Abdul Bari Atif in their respective responsibilities.

Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi also expressed appreciation for Qari Abdul Sattar Saeed’s service as the former Deputy for Public and Strategic Communications and wished Mawlawi Abdul Bari Atif success in his new role, assuring him of full cooperation.

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlawi Noor-ul-Haq Anwar highlighted that officials of the Islamic Emirate always follow their leaders’ guidance, trust their colleagues, value their suggestions, and encourage consultation, as it is an important Islamic principle bringing great benefit and Allah’s support. He also commended Mawlawi Abdul Bari Atif for his contributions in his previous role.

The ceremony concluded with prayers.
