The Economic Commission Holds a Special Meeting

The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Al-Haj Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, chaired a special meeting of the Economic Commission at Marmarin Palace today.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the issues presented by the governors of the seven provinces.

The meeting discussed reducing the unemployment rate in the country, enhancing and ensuring the timely implementation of economic projects, facilitating exports and imports, refining crude petroleum products, expanding the list of authorized imported medicines, expediting the approval of industrial zone maps, regulating and coordinating the process of leasing state-owned lands, addressing the increase in the prices of exported meat and expanding exports, as well as several other matters.

Necessary decisions were adopted regarding the aforementioned issues.
