The ninth meeting of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was convened under the chairmanship of His Excellency, Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, Prime Minister of the IEA.
The session commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by deliberations and resolutions on significant economic, social, and cultural affairs of the nation.
During the meeting, reports concerning the status of development projects and non-tax revenues were approved. It was resolved that the relevant institutions should consider all submitted proposals, particularly those related to development projects, with the objective of generating employment opportunities and facilitating public welfare.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance was directed to procure the requisite equipment for petroleum and gas laboratories, in coordination with the Standards and Quality Authority, at the earliest possible opportunity, to ensure the prevention of substandard petroleum and gas imports.
It is noteworthy that following detailed discussions and decisions on various matters, the cabinet meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
