H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, participated in and delivered remarks this afternoon at a ceremony honoring the top ten performers in the 1404 (2025) entrance examinations for religious and general schools.
During the event hosted by the National Examinations Authority with senior officials from the Islamic Emirate in attendance, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, commended the hard work of families, educators, and relevant authorities. He congratulated the top ten students for their outstanding performance and highest scores in the entrance examinations.
H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi wished the top exam achievers and all students success in their academic pursuits, emphasizing that Afghanistan’s future rests in their hands. He encouraged them to dedicate themselves to serving the nation and contributing to its development.
He added that relying on foreigners for the country’s development is no longer an option, as past experiences have shown that such expectations only led to destruction and instability.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs further urged the youth, as devout Muslims, to first deepen their understanding of religious and ideological principles. By mastering these foundations, they will be able to specialize in modern sciences and serve the country and its people as committed and patriotic individuals.
H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi highlighted the pressing need for qualified and talented professionals in various sectors across Afghanistan. He encouraged young students to acquire education and develop expertise to address the country’s demands. He affirmed that the Islamic Emirate is dedicated to creating the necessary opportunities and support to enable this progress.
