His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, held a meeting with Dr. Jafar Mahdawi.
During the meeting, Dr. Mahdawi conveyed his satisfaction with the nationwide security situation while addressing various social matters. He underscored the significance of public cooperation with the Islamic Emirate in fostering and sustaining national stability and peace.
Dr. Mahdawi noted that, notwithstanding the widespread expulsion of Afghan nationals from neighboring countries, the Islamic Emirate has effectively managed the refugee situation. He stated that this reflects both the competence and humanitarian commitment of the Islamic Emirate’s leadership toward the Afghan people.
In response, His Excellency Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi extended a warm welcome to Dr. Jafar Mahdawi and his delegation, affirming that Afghanistan is the common home of all Afghans and that the Islamic Emirate serves the entire population of the country.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs observed that although the repatriation of Afghan citizens from neighboring states is on the rise, the Islamic Emirate is making every effort to support the returnees and facilitate employment opportunities for them.
He concluded by stating that the returnees possess considerable skills and capacities, which should be leveraged for the advancement and reconstruction of the nation.
