Deputy Prime Minister Visits Scientific, Health, and Historical Sites in Herat

H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, during his visit to Herat, accompanied by senior officials, toured key religious, educational, health, and historical sites, including the Herat Ulema Council, Shaheed Mawlana Mujib-ur-Rahman Ansari Educational Centers, Saadiya Darul Uloom, the Herat Grand Mosque, Habibyar International Hospital, and the Ikhtiyaruddin Citadel.
During his visits to these centers, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi held meetings with relevant officials and discussed issues such as improving the quality of education, enhancing healthcare services, development affairs, and the preservation and maintenance of historical sites.
The Deputy Prime Minister underscored the crucial role of religious and educational institutions in cultivating the younger generation and strengthening Islamic values. He reaffirmed the Islamic Emirate’s unwavering support for these institutions.
He also praised advancements in healthcare and efforts to preserve historical monuments, highlighting the importance of safeguarding the nation’s cultural heritage.
