A high-level delegation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, led by Al-Haj Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, arrived today in Baku, the capital city of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to participate in the 17th Summit of the Heads of Member States of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the accompanying high-level delegation were received with a warm welcome.
